First of all, be thankful for
what you still have. Money is important, but not as important as
health, family and friendship. So once you set your priority
straight, you will realize you have more than you think.
Secondly, be optimistic.
Recession will not kill you, but depression might. Donít worry about
the things that you cannot control (such as the big environment you
live in), just take care of what you can control (such as telling
yourself to be positive).
Lastly but not the least, help others
who are in need of help. Consider giving donations to charity,
mentoring the young and the depressed, and keeping the elder and the
sick company. The act of kindness will go a long way to make you
happier about yourself.
So if you, like most of us, canít predict when the crisis will be
over, just follow the three rules above, and you will survive this
bad economy much easier. Good Luck!
